Sarah Matsko, MSW, LCSW, PMH-C
Hi, I’m Sarah Matsko. I’m a psychotherapist and licensed clinical social worker. I received my Bachelors degree in Social Work from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale and my Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago. In 2019, I was certified by Postpartum Support International as a Perinatal Mental Health Provider.
I work with women dealing with the stress of motherhood, balancing work/life demands, anxiety, depression, OCD, infertility, loss, life transitions and pre and post partum mental health. My therapeutic style is warm, non-judgemental and trauma-informed. I take a strengths-based approach with clients, believing that each woman has innate strengths to make draw upon to meet her unique therapy goals.
My mission:
To help women find their strengths and courage as they move through the challenges of life.
